  1. What if my flight back to KC is delayed and I can't contact Blue Eagle Shuttle from the airplane?
    This is, unfortunately, a common experience. We (and the drivers) monitor all flights for delays and will pick you up when you land.

  2. What if my flight out of KC is delayed. Can you delay picking me up?
    This is a tough one. Often when outbound delays occur the airlines switch planes and the delay disappears. For this reason, "usually" we will pick you up at the same reserved time.

  3. My friend surprised me at the airport to pick me up, so I no longer need a ride from Blue Eagle Shuttle. Do I still have to pay?
    Yes. It's nice when friends or family can surprise you but we will have to still charge for the driver dispatch.

  4. I scheduled a ride, but a friend tagged along with me. Is this ok?
    Absolutely, so long as everyone is going to the same address and the luggage fits. There is a $20 surcharge for an extra address on both picking up and dropping off.

  5. We need to bring our child seat for the shuttle, but we don't want to bring it with us. Can you hold onto it for us?
    Most definitely. Our drivers will tag the seat with your name and phone number and we'll match it up with your return trip to make sure the seat is there for your return home. We do ask, however, from an insurance perspective (and your peace of mind) that you secure the seat in the shuttle.

  6. Is my data secure?
    All account information is stored on a protected server. All payment data is protected with PCI (Payment Card Industry). All major credit card brands require PCI for all data and transactions.

  7. What's the difference between a Point-To-Point ride and a Chauffeur night?
    If you schedule one of our cars for a chauffeur night, the car and driver will be made available to you for wherever you want to go, any time. We will stay where you are. If you want a ride to and from somewhere (2 Point-to-Point rides), but don't really need us to stay with you, our drivers are free for another job and there isn't a guarantee that the same driver will see you for your return trip.

  8. How does the driver gratuity work?
    A 20% driver gratuity is included in all trips. This will be charged to your credit card. If you prefer the driver gratuity be in cash, please give us a call and we can arrange that. Extra gratuity can be added anytime and are always greatly appreciated!
